The game is made in a custom game engine, built with Sokol and Odinlang. You can check out the source code if you're interested, it's bundled along with the game in a zip file.

It includes things like SDF-based Terrain with physics, custom Rendering Engine, Localization System, Weapon and Projectile System, Custom Editor and much more. Basic documentation is in README.md.
